Description
A Sri Lankan style pork curry with succulent chunks of pork, simmered to perfection in a slightly sweet but rich and aromatic black curry sauce, infused with an array of exotic spices that tantalise the senses. We hope this curry delights your taste buds as much as it did ours.
This has a little background heat. However increase the chilli level if you prefer more of a kick. We only use fresh green chillies.
